It is situated near the Delaware River between the John Heinz Nature Refuge and the airport. It is situated along the Darby Creek.

The rooftop serves dual purposes: collecting rainwater, accommodating UV panels, and providing a unique experience for guests.

Sustainable Design Strategies, including vertical fins, horizontal overhangs, and PV panels for energy efficiency. High-insulation materials and adjustable louvers enhance thermal performance and natural ventilation. Daylight analysis ensures optimal lighting, while Ladybug was used to calculate Energy Use Intensity (EUI), showcasing the design's efficiency and sustainability.
